The Script will also play to an audience of 1.3 million this summer, with a run of fifteen UK stadium shows as special guests to Take That next month, followed by five dates as special guest to Luke Combs including Slane Castle in Ireland.

The Script have entered a new era with the release of their latest single ‘Man In The Arena’, the first taste of their upcoming album ‘The User’s Guide To Being Human’, due out for release on 14 August 2026.
The new record follows 2024’s ‘Satellites’, which saw frontman Danny O’Donoghue process the grief following the tragic passing of bandmate and friend Mark Sheehan in 2023. The album was supported by a global arena tour, with each show paying tribute to Mark.
Following the tour, Danny returned to the studio feeling inspired and energised, reuniting with long-time collaborators Andrew Frampton, Steve Kipner and Jimbo Barry, the songwriting team behind some of The Script’s biggest hits including ‘Hall Of Fame’, ‘The Man Who Can’t Be Moved’ and ‘Breakeven’.
Recorded in Topanga Canyon, Los Angeles, ‘The User’s Guide To Being Human’ marks a powerful new chapter for the band, combining emotional honesty with the anthemic sound that has defined The Script’s career.
Danny commented, “The title is what this album is about. If you need something to remind you of the spectrum of feelings and emotions that make you feel human, this is it.”
