Artist Bio:

Jessie Ware is a British singer, songwriter and broadcaster whose sophisticated blend of pop, soul and disco has made her one of the UK’s most distinctive voices. Born in London, she first emerged in the early 2010s, gaining attention for her collaborations with electronic artists before stepping into the spotlight with her debut album, 2012s ‘Devotion’, which earned a Mercury Prize nomination and established her as a rising star in British pop.

Ware continued to refine her sound across subsequent releases, including 2014s ‘Tough Love’ and 2017s ‘Glasshouse’, showcasing a more personal, introspective style. In 2020, she marked a bold creative shift with ‘What’s Your Pleasure?’, an acclaimed, disco-influenced album that redefined her artistry and resonated widely with critics and audiences alike. Its follow-up, 2023s ‘That! Feels Good!’, further embraced vibrant, retro-inspired pop and secured her a second Mercury Prize nomination, along with a top three position on the UK Albums Chart.

Known for her rich, emotive vocals and polished production, Ware has collaborated with a wide range of producers and artists, balancing commercial appeal with a strong artistic identity. Alongside her music career, she is also a successful broadcaster and co-host of the popular podcast Table Manners, where she interviews guests from across the worlds of music, food and culture.

With multiple award nominations and a reputation for evolving her sound while staying true to her roots, Jessie Ware continues to be a defining figure in contemporary British pop.
