Garth Brooks will grace the famous Great Oak Stage in what’s sure to be a major UK concert event next summer.

One of the biggest selling artists of all time, the man who put country music on the global map, and a true music legend, has not played in the U.K. since 1998.

His second album, 1991s ‘No Fences’, was the first country album to go multi-platinum with the follow up, ‘Ropin’ The Wind’, the first country album to top the US pop charts. His songs are part of the American songbook, including classics like ‘If Tomorrow Never Comes’, ‘The Dance’, ‘Friends In Low Places’ and ‘The River’.

Throughout his career, Brooks has received nearly every accolade imaginable, from the prestigious Kennedy Center Honor and the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song to record-breaking RIAA Diamond Awards and seven CMA Entertainer of the Year titles. He is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Musicians Hall of Fame, the Grand Ole Opry and more, cementing his place as one of the most important figures in music history.

His mix of country, pop, and classic rock has gained him global recognition, and his large-scale production live shows have attracted record-breaking crowds. Now, after nearly three decades, he returns to the UK to perform at BST Hyde Park.
