Artist Bio:
Beabadoobee is one of the most distinctive voices in modern indie music, blending dreamy guitar melodies, honest songwriting and alternative rock influences. Born in the Philippines and raised in London, she first gained attention with the viral success of her 2017 track ‘Coffee’, before building a devoted global fanbase through a string of acclaimed EPs and albums.
Known for her nostalgic sound and deeply personal lyrics, Beabadoobee has continued to evolve with each release, drawing inspiration from 90s alternative rock, indie pop and folk. Her breakthrough album *Fake It Flowers* was followed by the critically acclaimed *Beatopia* and *This Is How Tomorrow Moves*, showcasing her growth as both a songwriter and performer.
Over the years, she has earned multiple BRIT Award nominations, toured with some of music’s biggest names and headlined major venues and festivals around the world. Beabadoobee is back with a brand-new album, and her biggest UK headline shows to date.
The singer-songwriter has announced her fourth studio album ‘Pylon’, due out for release on 18 September via Dirty Hit/Interscope Records. The 14-track record follows 2024s ‘This Is How Tomorrow Moves’ and features an impressive list of collaborators, including Hayley Williams, Brendan Yates, Evan Stephens Hall, Chino Moreno, Shane Moran, and The 1975’s Matty Healy and George Daniel, who also contribute production on the track ‘Write Me a Letter’.
Alongside the announcement, Beabadoobee has shared the album’s lead single, ‘Sun Has Set’. The a cathartic, guitar-driven indie-rock anthem is accompanied by a video directed by her partner and longtime creative collaborator, Jake Erland.
