Australian-born, London-based DJ and house music producer Sonny Fodera has become one of the biggest names in modern house music, known for his infectious grooves, big vocal hooks and energetic sets that have made him a favourite at clubs and festivals around the world.
Born in Adelaide, Australia, Fodera started making music as a teenager before finding his sound in house music. He quickly built a reputation through his DJ sets and productions, taking his music from underground clubs to some of the biggest stages in the world.
Now based in London, Fodera has developed a sound that blends house, UK garage and bassline influences with polished electronic production and catchy vocals. His growing catalogue has earned billions of streams, while his headline shows regularly sell out across the UK, Europe and North America.
His breakthrough with a wider UK audience came through a run of major collaborations, including ‘Turn Back Time’ with Diplo and ‘Asking’ with MK and Clementine Douglas. ‘Asking’ became a huge UK hit, reaching No. 7 on the Official Singles Chart and earning Gold certification.
Fodera followed this with ‘Somedays’, a collaboration with Jazzy and D.O.D that also reached the UK Top 10. The track further established his ability to create house music that works just as well on the dancefloor as it does on mainstream radio.
Away from his own productions, Fodera has collaborated with and remixed artists including Calvin Harris, Glass Animals, MK, Diplo and Ella Eyre. He is also the founder of independent label Solotoko, which has become a platform for emerging names in dance music.
With appearances at major festivals including Glastonbury, Creamfields, Coachella and Tomorrowland, Fodera has firmly established himself as one of the leading names in contemporary house music. His 2025 headline show at Manchester’s Co-op Live, attended by more than 20,000 fans, further cemented his position as one of the UK’s biggest dance acts.

Sonny Fodera is set to take his live show to some of the UK’s biggest arenas in 2027, announcing a huge four-date UK tour following the release of his latest album, ‘can we do it all again?’.
The announcement comes after a huge year for Fodera, who has continued to establish himself as one of dance music’s biggest names. His latest album, ‘can we do it all again?’, arrived in June after five years in the making, bringing together 18 tracks including fan favourites ‘Somedays’, ‘Asking’, ‘Think About Us’ and ‘Mind Still’.
The album has arrived during a particularly busy period for Fodera, who has already played major festivals and launched his own four-day Somedays Festival in Malta. He is also continuing his summer residency at Pacha Ibiza and is set to headline Creamfields later this month.
The upcoming UK tour will be another major milestone for Fodera, particularly after he became the first DJ to sell out Manchester’s 23,000-capacity Co-op Live in 2025. He’ll return to the venue next March, while the London date will mark his first headline show at The O2 Arena.
