Formed in Des Moines, Iowa in the late 1990s, Slipknot quickly stood out from the crowd. Slipknot have announced their huge (sic)est Stadium Tour, which will take the metal icons around the world in summer 2027, kicking off with an exclusive UK and European summer date at London’s Wembley Stadium connected by EE.
The stadium tour will see Slipknot bring a brand-new show to the stage, featuring new production, staging and a career-spanning setlist packed with fan favourites.
Following the Wembley launch, the band will head to North America for a run of major stadium shows, including dates at Nationals Park in Washington D.C., Citi Field in New York, Soldier Field in Chicago, Fenway Park in Boston, SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. The tour will then continue to South America in September, with shows in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia.
Slipknot will be joined by Marilyn Manson, Lorna Shore and Hatebreed for the London show, while the North American dates will feature Bring Me The Horizon as direct support alongside a rotating line-up of special guests including Lamb of God, Motionless In White, Acid Bath, Kublai Khan TX, Polyphia, Loathe and Vended.
The tour announcement comes shortly after Slipknot released ‘Arsenal’, their first new song in more than three years. The track arrived alongside an eerie music video directed by the band’s own M. Shawn ‘Clown’ Crahan and starring actor Jackson White.
‘Arsenal’ sees Slipknot return with the intensity and aggression that have defined their sound for more than two decades, while continuing to push their music in new directions.
The Wembley show will give UK fans the first chance to experience the new Slipknot production, with the band promising their biggest stadium experience yet. With a brand-new set, new staging and a setlist spanning their career, the (sic)est Stadium Tour looks set to be a major return to the UK for one of metal’s biggest live acts.
