Miles Kane has returned with new single ‘Blame It On The Summertime’.

The feel good indie hit was produced by Cam Blackwood alongside Jamie Biles, who also wrote the track together with Miles Kane and Paul Butler.

The English musician and Last Shadow Puppets co-frontman commented, “This tune is about feeling stuck in a relationship that has become toxic and the clarity that the summertime brings on these seemingly impossible situations.”

After playing headline shows at Glasgow’s SWG3, the Skeleton Coast Festival as well as a string of summer festival dates, Miles and his band will head out on an intimate UK tour this October with support from Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard and The Illicits (Southend Only). The run of shows will also include a headline slot at the Neighbourhood Festival in Manchester.
