Liam Payne is back with highly anticipated new single ‘Teardrops’ via Capitol Records.

Written with Jamie Scott and JC Chasez (NSYNC), the track is about the first heartbreak within a relationship and embraces the rhythmic pop sound of the late 90s and early 00s.

Liam commented, “Teardrops is about the vulnerability of heartbreak and the challenge of overcoming those moments. This song marks the start of a new beginning, there’s lots more to come in 2024.”

Spending the past year in the studio, this singer has been working closely with long-time collaborator Jamie Scott, describing it as a “year long process of self-reflection”. With more music and more announcements to come, 2024 is set to be a big year for Liam Payne.

The multi-platinum-selling artist has sold more than 23 million singles and over three million albums as a solo artist since One Direction. Furthermore, his music has been streamed over five billion times.

Liam Payne’s debut solo album ‘LP1’ dropped back in December 2019 on Capitol Records and featured smash hit singles ‘Strip That Down’, ‘Polaroid’ and ‘Familiar’. He released his last single ‘Sunshine’ in 2021.
