Taylor Swift has announced her 12th studio album, ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’, due out on 03 October 2025.

After a series of hints and speculation from fans, as well as a mysterious countdown clock on her official website, the global pop superstar confirmed the news on New Heights, the podcast her NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce hosts with his brother Jason.

Heavily inspired by the record-breaking Eras Tour, she revealed that the LP was recorded in Sweden during her days off from the shows. The 12-track release features production from the singer together with collaborators Max Martin and Shellback.

Alongside the album announcement, Swift shared a curated Spotify playlist titled ‘And, Baby, That’s Show Business For You’, featuring 22 previously released tracks produced by the acclaimed producer duo, known for their work on ‘Red’, ‘1989’ and ‘Reputation’.

The playlist did not include any songs produced by long-time collaborator Jack Antonoff.
