Katy Perry has announced new album ‘143’, due out on 20 September 2024 via Capitol Records.

The global pop superstar has also shared lead single ‘Woman’s World’ alongside an official music video, directed by Charlotte Rutherford.

The song was co-written by Katy Perry together with songwriter Chloe Angelides and producers Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald, Vaughn Oliver, Rocco Did It Again! and Aaron Joseph.

The track marks a brand-new era for the singer and will be her first full-length release since 2020s ‘Smile’, which featured single ‘Daisies’.

The album’s title ‘143’ is said to be code for “I love you”. Katy Perry said in a recent statement, “I set out to create a bold, exuberant, celebratory dance-pop album with the symbolic 143 numerical expression of love as a throughline message.”

The artist took to social media earlier this week to reveal the new album’s title, cover art and release date.
