Foo Fighters recently played a surprise set at Glastonbury after eagle eyed fans spotted a reference to “churning up” in a statement shared by frontman Dave Grohl on Twitter, adding to speculation that the band could be secret act The ChurnUps.

The US rockers took to the Pyramid stage before headliners Arctic Monkeys on Friday night, with Grohl also making further appearances over the weekend alongside The Pretenders and Johnny Marr, as well as Saturday night headliners Guns N’ Roses for their performance of ‘Paradise City’.

Foo Fighters were due to play a UK stadium tour back in June/July 2022, however all dates were cancelled following the untimely death of drummer Taylor Hawkins.

The rockers recently made their return to the live stage with newly recruited drummer Josh Freese when they played their only European dates of 2023 at Germany’s Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park festivals.

Be sure not miss the American rock titans when they head back to UK shores next year!
