Dave has announced that his much anticipated third studio album, ‘The Boy Who Played The Harp’, is due out on 24 October 2025.
The full-length will mark the start of a new chapter for the grime star and follow-up his previous critically acclaimed No.1 albums ‘Psychodrama’ and ‘We’re All Alone in This Together’.
‘The Boy Who Played the Harp’ will be the first release from the multi award-winning musician since 2023, when self-produced Central Cee collaboration ‘Sprinter’ broke the record for the longest running No.1 rap record in UK chart history. It followed Dave’s 2022 single ‘Starlight’, which set the record for longest-running No.1 solo UK track, and became the first UK No.1 by a sole writer and producer in eight years.
The record-breaking release of ‘We’re All Alone In This Together’ in July 2021 established Dave as one of the most prominent artists of our time. With the highest first week sales across all genres for two years at the time (74,000+) and the biggest UK Rap record in over a decade, it became the most successful UK Rap record in more than a decade. The album was certified gold within three weeks of its release and subsequently reached Platinum status as his second album to do so.
Widely regarded as the most exciting storyteller of his generation, Dave continues to push creative boundaries with every release.
