Burna Boy has dropped the official music video for fan favourite track ‘Common Person’.

The song is taken from the Grammy Award-winning global superstar’s acclaimed sixth studio album 2022s ‘Love, Damini’.

Burna Boy AKA Damini Ogulu was recently nominated for Best Global Music Performance for the Gold RIAA certified hit ‘Last, Last’ as well as ‘Best Global Music Album’ for ‘Love, Damini’ at the upcoming 65th Annual Grammy Awards.

This year’s nominations mark the third consecutive year that the Nigerian Afrofusion singer-songwriter has been nominated. He was previously awarded with Best Global Music Album for his fifth studio album ‘Twice As Tall’ at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, making him the first artist to win in the newly renamed category. He was also nominated for Best Global Music Performance at the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards for his record with Angelique Kidjo ‘Do Yourself’.

In addition, Burna Boy earned his first ever No.1 at Urban Radio with ‘Last, Last’ and received a 2022 American Music Awards nomination for ‘Favorite Afrobeats Artist’.

More recently, the African Giant performed alongside the likes of Anitta, Don Toliver, and Maxwell at Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty Vol. 4 show, which was streamed exclusively on Amazon Prime.

Burna Boy is set to become the first ever African artist to headline a UK stadium this summer when he brings his Love, Damini Stadium Tour to London for one night only – full details:
