He first broke through in 2006 with his debut album ‘Undiscovered’, which went straight to No. 1 in the UK. The album produced a string of hits, including ‘You Give Me Something’, ‘Wonderful World’ and ‘The Pieces Don’t Fit Anymore’, establishing Morrison as one of the standout singer-songwriters of his generation.
His success continued with the 2008 album ‘Songs for You, Truths for Me’, which featured the hit singles ‘You Make It Real’ and ‘Broken Strings’, his collaboration with Nelly Furtado. The latter became one of his biggest songs, reaching No.2 in the UK Singles Chart.
Over the years, Morrison has released a string of acclaimed albums, including ‘The Awakening’, ‘Higher Than Here’ and ‘You’re Stronger Than You Know’. His music has continued to balance intimate songwriting and soulful pop, while his unmistakable voice remains at the centre of his sound.
