This is as close to a hometown gig that she probably will ever come to, said the Bewdley songstress Becky Hill, and it shows how far she has come since appearing on The Voice. Last time out playing the much smaller Institute 3, and with an energetic, feisty, somewhat sweary performance, she shows that she can command attention from a crowd.

As she belted out many of her big tunes, ‘Piece Of Me’, ‘Back and Forth’, ‘Afterglow’ and ‘I Could Get Used To This’, she had the crowd jumping and dancing all the way through her set. She really has a great voice and showed it to the crowd. I am not sure of her itinerary, but I suspect she will be wowing some festival crowds this summer.
