Sizzling Summer Music Festivals 2018
Although Glastonbury is taking a year off, there are plenty of other options to look forward to this year. Read on for our top picks of some of the hottest music festivals to head to in 2018!
Isle Of Wight Festival
The festival is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, which can only mean one thing – an extra big line-up! Headliners for 2018 include Depeche Mode, The Killers, Kasabian and Liam Gallagher with performances from The Script, Van Morrison, James Bay, Blossoms, Travis and many more! All of these big names will join the likes of music masters Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix and The Doors, who have also graced the festival stages in previous years.

The summer music festival formerly known as ‘V’ will offer goers an impressive list acts across its four stages. Whilst last year saw Pink and Jay-Z headline, 2018’s line-up promises not to disappoint with Liam Gallagher and Stereophonics taking the stage with further performances by James Bay, Bastille, Rag’N’Bone Man and more.
Reading & Leeds Festival
Music lovers can look forward to a wide mix of genres at Reading & Leeds this year, with the line-up set to include Kendrick Lamar, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Kings of Leon, Dua Lipa and Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda – to name just a few!
Some of the biggest names in urban music will make their way to London’s Finsbury Park this July, with highlights to include Stormzy, DJ Khaled and Post Malone. Cardi B was also part of the original line-up but has since confirmed that she will no longer be performing after confirming pregnancy news. Fans need not be disappointed however, as there are plenty of newly announced acts to look forward to from Raye and Ms Banks to Davido, Charlie Sloth and more!
Glasgow Green will be even bigger this year and will now take up two weekends with a huge line-up! The festival has confirmed Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Liam Gallagher, Stereophonics, Queen + Adam Lambert, Courteeners and more for this year – yass!
British Summertime Hyde Park
BST has become a stand-out event on festival lover’s calendars and has even been known to attract royal guests, with Prince Harry spotted in the crowd watching The Killers at last year’s event. Appearing across two weekends this July include former Pink Floyd member Roger Waters, Paul Simon, The Cure, Michael Bublé, Eric Clapton and Bruno Mars alongside an impressive list of support acts.
South West Four
Starting out as a backyard party, this year marks the 15th anniversary of London’s longest running electronic festival, with SW4 headliners to include Chase & Status, Marshmello, Sigma, Dizzee Rascal plus many more!
Radio Music’s Biggest Weekend
The one-off music festival will be hosted at four sites over four days, bringing together a massive celebration of live music. The list of acts include Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Orbital, Florence + The Machine, Demi Lovato, Paloma Faith…and so the list goes on!
