Morrissey Announces 2018 Tour – EXTRA DATE

The Smiths legend Morrissey has announced his first UK tour since 2015 for February/March next year including a huge show at the 3Arena in Dublin.

The tour will give Morrissey fans the opportunity to hear tracks from his highly anticipated upcoming album ‘Low in High School’ including new track ‘I Wish You Lonely’. The new release will be his first studio album since 2014 and was produced by Joe Chiccarelli, who is widely renowned for his previous work with the likes of Frank Zappa, The Strokes, Beck and The White Stripes.

The former frontman of The Smiths has forged a successful career as a solo artist with 10 of his solo efforts making their mark in the Top 10 on the UK album charts, including three No. 1 entries. After releasing his debut solo album ‘Viva Hate’ in 1988, he has gone on to release a number of critically acclaimed follow-ups including ‘Kill Uncle’ and ‘Your Arsenal’ as well as the hugely successful comeback album ‘You Are the Quarry’ and record-breaking best-selling autobiography.
