Beyoncé And Jay-Z Drop Joint Album

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have dropped surprise joint album ‘Everything Is Love’, which they reportedly finished just hours before its release.

The exciting announcement broke when the couple shared the news at their recent London Stadium OTR II show by displaying the message ‘Album out now.’ on the venue’s huge screens. The album has been released under The Carters and was distributed across the streaming service Tidal, which is partly owned by the power couple.

The official music video for feature track ‘Apeshit’ was shot on location at The Louvre in Paris in May 2018 and directed by Ricky Saiz. Some of the most iconic artworks featured in the visuals include Mona Lisa, The Winged Victory of Samothrace, The Raft of the Medusa, Aphrodite AKA the Venus de Milo, The Coronation of Napoleon and The Great Sphinx of Tanis. The modern music and choreography stands boldly against the art to create a powerful statement.

The R&B songstress can also be seen donning Messika Parisian jewellery featuring over 100 carats of diamonds in the ambitious video. WATCH IT HERE:

‘Everything Is Love’ is the final chapter in a trilogy of albums about The Carters marriage, following on from Beyoncé’s 2016 release ‘Lemonade’ and Jay-Z’s ‘4:44’. The pair launched the UK-leg of their joint OTR II tour in Cardiff earlier this month, which also included huge dates in Glasgow, Manchester and London.

The setlist featured a number of their hit duets, such as ‘Crazy In Love’, ‘Bonnie And Clyde’ and ‘Drunk In Love’ alongside their extensive individual back catalogues of songs.
